In many countries there is long waiting list to get your COVID-19 vaccination, however, several countries offer travel+vaccination opportunities, and Russia is among them.
We have developed a special itinerary with the focus on vaccination with Sputnik V that also includes some fun activities such as sightseeing and going out to restaurants and theaters.
Vaccination with Sputnik V is available in Russia in many places. Sputnik V is the world’s first registered vaccine based on a well-studied human adenoviral vector-based platform. Sputnik V is one of the three vaccines in the world with efficacy of over 90%; it is already registered in more than 50 countries.
Vaccination with Sputnik V is a two-step process, and the second shot must be administered no earlier than 21 days and no later than 26 days after the first shot. This means you either need to travel to Russia twice, or stay in Russia for three weeks.
The below itinerary is based on the option of two trips to Russia, however, if you would like to consider other options we will be happy to develop a program for you. Please keep in mind that the second vaccination does not have to be in the same city you have travelled to before, and if you travel to Moscow for your first shot, then for the second trip you can choose another city, i.e. St. Petersburg which is worth a visit on its own right.
So far, Russia is open for Swiss/German nationals or individuals holding a Swiss/German residence permit, and travelling from the territory of Switzerland/Germany. However, the situation changes every week, and if you wish to check if you can come for vacctination to Russia, please fill in the form below.
