Your express invitation letter will be ready in 5 minutes, sent to you by email as a PDF copy. Print it out and hand it in to the Russian consulate when you apply for your visa.

- If you have filled in and submitted the form, but later noticed a spelling mistake in your invitation, please contact us as soon as possible. We are here to assist you, and we will sort it out.
- The amount of 1500 roubles will be debited from your bank card in roubles at the current rate of your bank, regardless of the currency you selected when booking the invitation online. Because the exchange rate varies, the final amount maybe slightly different.
- This service is provided by our partner iVisa, and the service fee is non-refundable.
- With iVisa, we only provide the invitation letter, which may be necessary to have in your Russian visa application package. Please refer to the Russian Consulate or Visa Centre in your country for the updated information regarding the full list of documents required to obtain your Russian visa.
